About Tibbi
Tibbi is an AI-powered health assistant designed specifically for rural communities in Pakistan where access to qualified doctors is limited. Our system uses voice recognition in local languages to help Lady Health Workers assess symptoms, provide basic healthcare guidance, and determine when to refer patients to clinics.
Developed in partnership with Pakistan's national Lady Health Worker Program, Tibbi serves families in remote areas by enhancing the capabilities of frontline health workers. The system works both online and offline, supporting Urdu, Punjabi, Pashto, and Sindhi languages to ensure accessibility for diverse communities.

Lady Health Workers (LHWs) use Tibbi during their routine house visits to rural communities. The AI assistant helps them collect accurate symptom information, provides protocol-based guidance, and determines whether a family member needs to be referred to a clinic. This system enhances the capabilities of LHWs who serve as the frontline healthcare providers in areas with limited access to doctors.
